Friendly tonight Feb 8, 2010

Clydebank 3-3 Girvan Feb 6, 2010
Clydebank blew the chance to go second in the league by squandering a 3 goal lead in the last 8 minutes of the match today.

The Bankies seemed to be cruising to victory after Hailstones, and a Dallas double appeared to have the home side in easy street.

When O'Donnell headed in with 8 minutes remaining, it seemed no more than a consolation effort. However, a screamer from Moffat, and an injury time heartbreaker from Cunningham allowed the seasiders to leave Holm Park with a point.

This ended the Bankies impressive streak of victories, and means the club remain in 5th place.

Next week the Bankies are confronted with the daunting prospect of facing Scottish Cup holders Auchinleck Talbot at Beechwood Park in the 5th round of the cup. Talbot warmed up nicely for the tie by taking seven off of Vale of Clyde today.
