Match Report
Clydebank were in were in full control of this match in the first-half against Queen of the South at Kilbowie Park... but poor finishing and good goal-keeping limited their interval lead to a single goal
The goal arrived in the 33rd minute in a moment's lapse in the Queen's defence. A free-kick by left-back Gray swung into the goalmouth and as the visitors' defence faltered, in stepped young outside-left Jimmy Caskie to crash the ball into the net.
Clydebank brought on Mitchell for left-half Hay Just before half- time.
Two minutes after the Interval Queens equalised when McIntyre scored from a penalty kick after keeper Madden had saved his first effort.
Munro, Clydebank's Inside- left had his name taken and was sent off in the closing seconds of the game after a heavy foul on Queens centre- half Monan.
